Job summary

Symbiosys.ai is seeking a Sales Engineer, Ads, to drive onboarding and growth for retailers and ad channels on our platform. You will translate partner needs into technical requirements, support integration planning, validate data flows, and troubleshoot launch blockers to ensure successful deployments.

You will document decisions, manage dependencies, and ensure internal teams have the support needed to scale adoption.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with business and technical audiences.
• Strong discovery, requirements gathering, and documentation skills.
• Ability to validate data flows, event tracking, and reporting outputs.
• Experience with retailer integrations, ad tech, or marketing platforms.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams toward launch.
• Typically 3–6+ years in sales engineering or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Guide end-to-end technical onboarding of retailers and ad channels from discovery to post-launch troubleshooting.
• Act as a trusted technical partner to retailers, ad channels, and internal teams; clarify requirements and decisions.
• Validate event tracking, data feeds, product feeds, and attribution for launches.
• Troubleshoot API, product feeds, conversion tracking, and data QA questions.
• Gather feedback, surface issues, and coordinate stakeholder-aligned launch decisions.
