Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an Ads Solutions Engineer in London to partner with advertisers and agencies throughout the pre-sales and growth lifecycle. You will translate advertiser objectives into scalable technical solutions across measurement, integrations, data activation, and campaign execution.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering, collaborating with cross-functional teams to remove blockers, accelerate revenue growth, and shape the future of OpenAI’s ads platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical sales/solutions engineering.
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising measurement and pixels.
• Understanding advertiser ecosystems and data integrations.
• Ability to explain complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience writing SQL and working with APIs.
• Comfort in fast-moving environments and building processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Partners to provide technical expertise in sales cycles.
• Lead technical discovery with advertisers and agencies.
• Design implementation approaches for pixels, APIs, server-to-server integrations, identity solutions, and measurement.
• Guide onboarding and launch readiness for tracking and reporting.
• Troubleshoot integration and measurement issues.
• Create demos, proofs of concept, and technical narratives.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to address customer needs and influence roadmap.
• Create repeatable documentation, playbooks, and best practices.
• Train internal teams on technical capabilities and product features.
