Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Product Solutions and Operations Intern for the 2027 Summer in San Jose. You will work closely with the lead Product Manager to help build and launch Commerce Ads products and define metrics that guide product strategy.

The internship offers hands-on experience with cross-functional teams, exposure to data-driven decision making, and opportunities to learn in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should commit to 12 weeks full-time during Summer 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in computer science or related technical discipline.
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills.
• Ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration in a highly collaborative environment.
• Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week are preferred.
• Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time period during Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Work with the lead Product Manager to develop the roadmap and launch Commerce Ads products.
• Define and analyze metrics informing product strategy and prioritization.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Sales to develop, test, and launch products.
