TikTok is offering a Product Solutions and Operations Project Intern position in San Jose for Summer-Fall 2026. You will contribute to the ads interface and platform product, support strategy and operations initiatives, and work with product managers, data analysts, and regional teams on short-term projects.

This internship provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to conduct user research, analyze feedback, draft strategy documents, and help improve workflows

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Strong data analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insight.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week preferred.
• Must commit to a 12-week full-time period during Summer-Fall 2026.
• Background in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Management or CS, with familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, data visualization tools, or market research methodologies.

Responsibilities

The Ads interface and Platform team is looking for a new member! You will be responsible for the TikTok advertising product experience, including optimizing the ad creation process, improving ad infrastructure. Through this experience, you will gain firsthand knowledge of the underlying logic and implementation of advertising products, enabling a deep understanding of the advertising business. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Job Information

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $35- $55.

Benefits

• Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
• Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more.
• Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
• Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
