Job summary

Easterseals Southern California seeks a Specialist, Electronic Health Records to support the ADS EHR system across locations. You will be the subject matter expert, provide training, troubleshoot, and produce data reports for leadership.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, experience with data analytics and reporting, and ability to travel locally. Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Health Services preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Services/Adult Day Services/IDD or regional center funded services with EHR management experience.
• Experience training users on EHR systems and providing support.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design, implementation, operation and supervision of ADS EHR system across regions.
• Serve as super user/administrator and provide ongoing staff training and guidance.
• Produce reports and data abstractions; coordinate with vendor for system upgrades and improvements.
• Attend EHR-related meetings and help define initiatives to improve procedures and processes across ADS.
