Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries via the ADRC phone line.
  • Complete intake, screening, referral, and follow-up for clients.
  • Assess needs and provide information on benefits, services, and options.
  • Advocate for clients with community agencies and service providers.
  • Maintain up-to-date referral resources and documentation in required systems.
  • Provide Medicare counseling by phone and in person.
