Job summary

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry is seeking an ADR Supervisor to lead the Alternative Dispute Resolution Unit within the Workers’ Compensation Division. You will supervise staff, manage ADR operations, and drive program improvements to serve stakeholders and ensure efficient dispute resolution.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in dispute resolution and leadership, with deep knowledge of workers’ compensation rules and strong communication skills for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience applying alternative dispute resolution principles, practices, and techniques.
• Five (5) years professional experience within the last seven years under Minnesota workers’ compensation laws.
• Demonstrated leadership experience sufficient to supervise and direct staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Unit functions within the Workers’ Compensation Division.
• Run an efficient and effective ADR program for stakeholders.
• Provide quality ADR programming and continual process improvement in support of the division’s mission.
