TeamSoft, Inc. in Sugar Land, TX is seeking two Payroll Analysts experienced with ADP Vantage for a 4–6 month contract-to-hire engagement. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing for a large, unionized workforce, handling weekly payroll for frontline staff and semi-monthly payroll for corporate employees.

This role requires meticulous data validation, CBAs interpretation, tax compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and Labor Relations to ensure accurate and timely payments.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of hands-on payroll experience in high-volume, unionized environment.
• Proven experience with ADP Vantage or similar enterprise payroll systems.
• Deep knowledge of CBAs and complex union payroll rules.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, auditing, financial analysis).
• Experience handling weekly and semi-monthly payroll frequencies.
• Solid understanding of payroll tax regulations and wage-hour compliance.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for weekly and semi-monthly cycles.
• Administer ADP Vantage payroll operations with data validation and reconciliations.
• Apply CBAs to payroll calculations to ensure compliance.
• Audit payroll data including timekeeping, wages, taxes, and deductions.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR, Labor Relations, and Operations to ensure wage-hour compliance.
• Support payroll reporting and updates in ADP Vantage with audit-ready records.
