Responsibilities

• Provide professional, high-quality customer service to clients and all Center visitors.
• Counsel prospective adopters by communicating pet information and Center policies.
• Process adoption paperwork accurately and maintain records.
• Assist clients seeking to relinquish pets according to Center policies.
• Respond promptly to inquiries while managing multiple tasks.
• Assist customers in the retail store with sales and inventory tasks.
• Communicate customer service concerns to managers on duty.
• Participate in Center events and activities as required.
