  • Develop and adjust individualized service plans for adoptive families.
  • Provide information, referrals, education, and crisis support.
  • Plan and lead adoptive family support groups and activities.
  • Maintain case records in accordance with program standards.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, staff, and partners to improve services.
  • Deliver occasional adoption competence education to the community.
