LifeLoop in the United States is seeking a Customer Success Program Manager to design scalable adoption programs and enable our CS teams to deliver more value without increasing headcount.

You will own data-driven initiatives at the intersection of product usage, customer feedback, and renewal signals, turning insights into playbooks, automated workflows, and governance that scale CS impact across LifeLoop and its partner platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement adoption programs that sit between CS conversations and drive scale
• Develop usage reporting infrastructure and enablement resources to surface risks earlier
• Collaborate with Product, Onboarding, Enablement, Support, and CS to translate signals into scalable actions
• Own projects from strategy through execution and measure impact on renewal and adoption metrics
• Build governance and health indicators to guide CS outreach and interventions
• Create modular enablement assets for multi-module platform users across senior living operators
