Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in the US seeks a Digital Operating Model Adoption & Enablement Lead to drive adoption of the new Product & Platform Operating Model across Global DT, Regions, Markets and integration teams, translating the blueprint into practical, adoptable ways of working.

You will own leader briefing materials, training content, playbooks and communication, ensuring clear decision rights, funding, prioritisation and delivery flows.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding large transformation programs.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical enablement materials.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong learning design and training development skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the adoption approach for the new operating model.
• Translate complex design into a simple narrative for diverse audiences.
• Develop leader briefing packs, FAQs, and cascade materials.
• Create training content, learning pathways and playbooks.
• Build the adoption toolkit and a post-launch feedback loop.
• Coordinate phased implementation across Global/Regional/Markets.
