Job summary

Spence-Chapin Services to Families and Children seeks a full‑time Manager, Family & Community Support to deliver clinical and consultative services for adoptive families and individuals. You will oversee a diverse caseload, provide therapeutic interventions, respond to inquiries, and support community events, with a salary range of $70,000–$75,000.

The role requires LMSW/LCSW or equivalent, 2–4 years in human services, and proficiency in MS Office and database platforms.

Qualifications

  • LMSW or LCSW (or comparable degree) is required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in human/social services; foster care or adoption experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver ongoing clinical services to individuals and families within adoption and foster care.
  • Participate in team clinical supervision.
  • Complete progress notes and documentation per protocol.
  • Facilitate community programming with the Associate Director and coordinate events.
  • Manage administrative duties for community programming and events.
  • Support planning of yearly adoption community events calendar.
  • Maintain electronic and physical client and program files.
  • Represent Spence-Chapin at conferences and community events and with partners.
  • Conduct outreach to expand partner networks and relationships.
  • Provide additional support across counseling areas as needed.
