Qualifications

• BSW/BA in Human Services; or MSW/MA preferred.
• 2 years direct experience in Foster Care/Adoption preferred.
• Working proficiency in MS365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing case management until the adoption process is complete.
• Coordinate adoption-related services for waiting children and their Case Manager.
• Arrange match meetings with potential adoptive families and others involved in child care.
• Completes adoptive home studies and home study updates for prospective adoptive families.
• May require the use of your personally owned vehicle.
• Assess and interpret care-related information to prepare child and family for adoption.
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing; document timely and clearly.
• Facilitate groups and manage varied group dynamics.
• Arrive to work on time and adhere to agency values and EEO principles.
• Perform other job-related marginal duties as required.
