The ADON will assist with planning, organizing, and implementing nursing procedures and projects while helping ensure overall compliance.

Qualifikationen

Active RN license.
Active CPR certification.
Experience as Charge RN in SNF.
Budgeting and financial reporting knowledge.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
Willingness to keep up with nursing administration standards.
Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Strong organizational and stress management skills.
Aptitude in problem-solving.
