Reliant-Care-Management-Compan is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate is a compassionate RN with leadership experience who can oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care.

You will develop policies, collaborate with healthcare professionals, monitor performance, and promote a positive work environment while maintaining HIPAA compliance and resident rights.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in state of practice with previous DON/ADON experience.
• Rehabilitation focus and wound care experience; knowledge of Medicare A & B.
• Willing to work with behavior management residents.
• Experience leading and mentoring nursing staff; familiarity with regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing department, including staff management and patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance; ensure HIPAA and resident rights compliance.
