Job summary
The Greens at Hendersonville is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). You will partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license.
- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience required.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Passion for delivering exceptional resident care and leading by example.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations.
- Supervise, coach, mentor, and support nurses and CNAs.
- Promote exceptional resident care and positive clinical outcomes.
- Monitor documentation, assessments, and care plan compliance.
- Support infection prevention, quality improvement, and survey readiness.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations.
