Island Lake Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to partner with the Director of Nursing in Florida. You will oversee nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor nursing staff to deliver high-quality geriatric and sub-acute care.

Qualifications
- Licensed RN in Florida.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Administration preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in healthcare.
- Experience with EMR systems.
- Minimum 2 years in a nursing leadership role.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
Responsabilités
- Oversee nursing operations and staffing.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting standards.
- Mentor and lead nursing staff; plan, implement, evaluate clinical services.
- Collaborate with other departments and participate in committees.
- Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives.
