Qualifications

• Current, valid RN licensure in the state of practice.
• 2+ years’ experience in assisted living/geriatric care.
• Management or supervisory experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain nursing service obligations and standards per licensure and Nurse Practice Act.
• Oversee and coordinate nursing staff to provide resident care.
• Participate in resident assessments and screenings.
• Ensure infection control, QA programs, and OSHA procedures are followed.
