Job summary

Highland Hills Post Acute is a 200-bed post-acute care facility located at 1105 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh. Our dedicated staff welcome you to join our team where appreciation and excellence are valued.

Successful candidates will hold a PA nursing license, CPR certification, and SNF experience is preferred. You will oversee daily resident care, assist the DON, perform rounds, audit charts, and ensure compliance with state and federal standards.

Qualifications

• Active PA nursing license and ongoing continuing education/licensing upkeep.
• Current CPR certification.
• SNF experience preferred and advantageous.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• ability to maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA
• current CPR certification
• experience with PCC preferred
• Ability to communicate and empathize with a vulnerable population
• SNF experience is a must

Your day to day:

You'll oversee daily resident care and assist our DON as needed. You'll conduct daily rounds, audit charts and medication records, and assist with managing care plans. You'll work under supervision of our DON to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
