Job summary

Highland Hills Post Acute in Pittsburgh is seeking a qualified nurse leader to oversee daily clinical operations on your assigned unit. You will ensure patient care quality and supervise the nursing staff under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Active PA nursing license required and in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with PCC preferred.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• ability to maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA
• current CPR certification
• experience with PCC preferred
• Ability to communicate and empathize with a vulnerable population

Your day to day:

You'll oversee daily clinical operations, patient care quality, and nursing staff within your assigned unit. You'll work under supervision of our DON to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
