Pavilionatcrescentlake seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in managing daily nursing operations and ensuring high-quality resident care. The ADON will promote safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the nursing services department.

Requirements include an RN degree, current CPR certification, and at least three years of supervisory experience in healthcare.

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing and directing daily Nursing Services operations.
• Interpret and communicate policies to nursing staff and monitor practice.
• Participate in QAPI or facility assessment activities as needed.
