Infinity Healthcare Consulting is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to collaborate with other departments and guide the Nursing Department in the absence of the Director of Nursing, ensuring a holistic and rehabilitative approach for residents.

The role requires active RN licensure in Indiana with nursing management experience, strong communication, and a dedication to elder care. The unit emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and adherence to care standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Advanced education/experience in nursing management/administration (one year recommended).
• Desire to work with elders and others needing assistance with self-care.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with/without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement objectives and standards for the Nursing Department in line with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor Resident rounds and care quality.
• Maintain staffing levels through training and staffing processes.
• Ensure timely communication of significant changes to physicians and families.
