You will lead rounds, review patient status, and ensure accurate patient records while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support nursing excellence and regulatory compliance.

• Holding staff meetings to review patient status.
• Conducting employee evaluations to identify strengths and improvements.
• Making rounds to assess patient status and observe nursing care.
• Checking patient records for accuracy and currency.
