Qualifications

• Grad from accredited nursing program with current state license (RN or LPN).
• CPR and BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in managing nursing staff and coordinating resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in setting nursing practice standards.
• Supervise nursing and care staff and coordinate care plans.
• Oversee medications, eMAR accuracy, and resident safety.
• Develop in-service education and participate in rounds.
• Engage in occupancy efforts and ensure resident wellbeing.
