AristaCare At Manchester is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assist the Director of Nursing in leading the clinical team at our New Jersey facility. This full-time role offers leadership in patient-centered care, infection control, staffing, and staff development.

Required: NJ RN license, 5 years nursing experience, 3 years supervisory in LTC/sub-acute, IP course within 3–6 months, and EMR experience.

Qualifications

NJ RN license required.
Five (5) years of progressively responsible nursing experience in clinical setting.
Three (3) years of supervisory experience in long term care/sub-acute setting preferred.
Infection Control: 1 year (Preferred)
Must be computer literate and experience with EMR preferred
Completion of IP Course within 3-6 months of hire would be expected.

Responsabilités

Ensure the upmost quality and patient-centered care of residents.
Coordinate infection control.
Plans, organize and implement training programs/in-services for clinical staff.
Assist with compliance and ensure effective communication with all levels of nursing staff.
Ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of residents.
Oversee the process for competency evaluations and corrective action plans.
