Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current North Carolina State RN license.
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist the DON with planning, directing, and supervising nursing staff.
- Ensure the Nursing Department complies with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop, implement and update department policies and procedures.
- Assist with staffing to meet resident needs and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in annual surveys by federal, state and local agencies.
- Provide staff training and education on performance and safety.
