Qualifications

• Active RN license in the relevant state (unencumbered).
• Minimum three years of nursing experience with similar resident population.
• At least one year of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal nursing home regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development to management and staff.
• Support achievement of nursing department goals and educational programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified nursing staff according to staffing plans.
