Job summary

EPIC Healthcare in New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our post-acute care facility leadership team. You will mentor staff, oversee daily clinical operations, and ensure high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in New Jersey, has leadership in long-term or post-acute care, and demonstrates strong regulatory knowledge, communication, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• RN license in New Jersey is required.
• Leadership experience in long-term or post-acute care is required.
• Strong understanding of nursing regulations and standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in managing day-to-day clinical operations.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of resident care.
• Participate in staff education, training, and performance evaluations.
• Support care plan development and implementation in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Help manage infection control, quality assurance, and risk management programs.
