Qualifications

• RN license in NJ required.
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of the nursing department to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations.
• Supervise, train, and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
• Participate in the development and implementation of care plans.
• Ensure resident assessments, treatments, and documentation are completed accurately and timely.
• Assist with staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage for patient care needs.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellent resident care.
