Job summary
The Pearl of Hillside is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead a dedicated team of long-term care professionals. The role focuses on maintaining nursing practice quality, coordinating nursing programs, and solving supervisory challenges.

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current unencumbered state licensure.
- Supervisory experience is required.
- CPR certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Determines staff allocation per shift and unit coverage.
- Coordinates patient care across assigned shifts and units.
- Notifies Director of Nursing or ADON of issues and escalations.
- Receives grievances from employees, residents, and families and routes to management.
- Assists nurses with risk assessments and investigations of injuries.
- Notifies ADON and HR Director of identified learning needs.
