Job summary

AVIR Health Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a qualified Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assist the Director of Nursing with clinical management and to help build a high-performing nursing team. The ADON will ensure quality care and compliance with regulatory standards while supporting staff development.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.
• Knowledge of long-term care operational standards as per Federal Register, State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Director of Nursing with overall clinical management.
