Cantex Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing Services to support the Director of Nursing Services in directing daily activities and ensuring quality patient care in compliance with state and federal regulations.
The role requires a valid RN license, minimum two years of charge nurse and supervisory experience in long-term care, and strong English communication. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.
Qualifications
- Must hold a current and valid RN license in the applicable state.
- Minimum of two years charge nurse and supervisory experience in long-term care preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Responsabilités
- Direct and coordinate day-to-day nursing care per policies and procedures.
- Assist in ensuring treatments, medications, and nursing services follow the patient care plan and physician orders.
- Document and report patient/resident incidents and changes; notify physician and family promptly as needed.
- Contribute to ongoing staff education, performance evaluations, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
