Job summary
DayToDay Health in Colorado is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to strengthen clinical leadership in a senior living and rehabilitation setting. The ADON supports the Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations, oversees staff, and drives clinical quality initiatives to improve resident care.
You will coordinate care plans, monitor clinical outcomes, mentor nursing personnel, and support surveys and audits.
