Job summary

Bethel Pointe Health and Rehabilitation Center seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the leadership team as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This full-time role focuses on setting resident care standards, supervising nursing staff, and supporting the DON in planning and directing Nursing Services.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a valid RN license
Experience in nursing leadership and management preferred
Understanding of HIPAA and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

Set resident care standards for all direct care providers
Provide supervision and management for the nursing department
Assist DON with planning, organizing, and directing Nursing Services
Lead staff development and assist with staffing assignments
Participate in surveys and regulatory inspections
Complete required reports, charting and assessments
