The Pavilion at Stow is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / MDS Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team. This dual-role position supports the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations while overseeing the MDS and care planning process to ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

As ADON/MDS RN, you will supervise nursing operations, coordinate MDS assessments, lead care planning meetings, monitor documentation, and participate in QAPI and

Qualifications

• Current RN license in practicing state.
• Minimum 2 years of MDS experience in long-term care.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of MDS, Medicare, and long-term care regulations.
• CPR Certification required.
