• Leader with experience directing licensed and non-licensed nursing staff.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Experience in planning, developing and supervising nursing services and procedures.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and train nursing staff and evaluate performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist DON in directing nursing activities 24/7.
• Oversee clinical operations and daily resident rounds.
• Maintain resident safety and rights while coordinating with physicians.
• Attend or lead staff meetings and report to DON.
• Keep confidential information and communicate regulatory changes.
