River Falls Post Acute in Marietta, SC seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with an active SC LPN license to support the Director of Nursing, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering resident-centered care.

Qualifications

Active South Carolina LPN license in good standing.
3–5 years of nursing leadership or management experience.
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey readiness.

Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Nursing with planning, organizing, and supervising nursing services.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of nursing staff.
Coach staff, conduct evaluations, and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
Serve as a clinical resource and backup for the Director of Nursing.
