Job summary
Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing at Northeast Correctional Center in Bowling Green, Missouri. The ADON will provide clinical and educational supervision for nursing staff while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to improve healthcare for incarcerated individuals.
This role requires a valid RN license in Missouri, with a preference for candidates holding a Baccalaureate Degree. Candidates should also have at least 5 years of supervisory experience and the ability to pass background checks.
In addition, a $15,000 sign-on bonus is currently available for a limited time!
Qualifications
- Must hold valid RN license in Missouri.
- Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active AED/CPR certification.
- Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical, educational, and professional supervision for nursing and support staff.
- Collaborate with mental health/medical leadership to improve health care in correctional environment.
- Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
