Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in San Antonio, TX to lead resident care and support regulatory compliance.

In this leadership role you will oversee staffing, care planning, MDS coordination, infection control programs, and staff development, while ensuring accurate documentation and collaborative decision-making with physicians and the nursing team.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with the State Board.
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing.
• Strong leadership and management experience.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance.
• Excellent assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support floor staffing as needed to ensure adequate coverage.
• Oversee resident care, including MDS, care planning, performance improvement and infection control programs.
• Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget.
• Review and maintain up-to-date and accurate resident records.
