Job summary

Milford Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our nursing team and improve resident outcomes in a team-focused setting.

The role involves collaborating with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in administrative duties, staff development, and patient-centered care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Active Pennsylvania RN license.
• Current AHA BLS (Healthcare Provider).
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience.
• Valid State Identification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Assist with policy development and regulatory surveys.
• Provide 24-hour accountability for nursing care on assigned units.
