Job summary

Empire Care Centers is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Powder Springs Center for Nursing & Healing to lead clinical teams and advance quality resident care.

The ADON will coordinate nursing care, implement clinical programs, and collaborate with the DON and Nurse Managers while ensuring compliance with regulations. This is an on-site, full-time leadership role with opportunities to grow within a network of centers.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Infection prevention experience preferred.
• Experience training and educating staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate comprehensive nursing care.
• Implement specialized clinical procedures and programs.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers on departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and state and federal regulations.
