Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 3+ years of leadership in skilled nursing or rehab.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Infection prevention experience preferred.
• Experience training and educating staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate comprehensive nursing care for residents.
• Implement specialized clinical procedures and programs.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers on departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Oversee infection control and quality assurance initiatives.
