Creekwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an LPN or RN ADON-Educator to lead staff development and coordinate ongoing education programs. You will ensure regulatory compliance and promote high-quality clinical care across the facility.

The ADON-Educator will mentor nursing staff, oversee in-service training, and collaborate with leadership to maintain resident-centered care and a positive team environment. This role requires strong clinical leadership and a passion for staff growth.

Qualifications

• Supervise nursing staff and lead education initiatives.
• Develop and implement in-service training.
• Coordinate with nursing leadership to meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Nursing with planning and evaluating the nursing service.
• Develop, update, and enforce nursing policies and procedures.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident care teams.
• Determine staffing needs and assist scheduling within state guidelines.
• Oversee nursing documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure direct patient care by licensed personnel when applicable.
• Review nurses’ notes to reflect care and resident response.
• Incorporate training materials into in-service programs.
• Lead goals and objectives for center education programs.
