Bradford Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an LPN or RN ADON-Educator to join our team. The role focuses on mentoring nursing staff, coordinating education programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance to uphold high clinical care standards.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in nursing, a passion for education and quality care, and a commitment to a supportive team environment within our facility.

Formación

• Must have supervision and teaching experience.
• Experience in rehabilitative/restorative nursing strongly preferred.
• Knowledge to provide care for age-related needs of residents.
• Supportive team member, contribute to team work.
• Strong communication with personnel, residents, families, and agencies.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations in nursing care facilities.
• Active LPN/RN license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to the Director of Nursing with planning, developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating the nursing service department and its programs.
• Develop, maintain, and update written policies and procedures for daily functions.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
• Determine staffing needs of the nursing service department.
• Supervise and assist scheduling of employees within state guidelines.
• Ensure direct nursing care is provided by licensed staff and aides as applicable.
• Review nurses’ notes to ensure quality and resident-centered care.
• Incorporate training materials into in-service programs.
• Lead in forming goals and objectives of in-service educational programs.
