The role supports the Director of Nursing and campus leadership with day‑to‑day clinical oversight, staff development, and maintaining high‑quality care in a homelike setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of employment.
• 2–4 years of clinical nursing experience in assisted living, personal care, or long‑term care.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of resident care practices, care planning, and team support.
• Experience supervising or guiding care staff, including coaching and training.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (PointClickCare) and basic computer systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on supervision of personal care staff and support nursing team oversight.
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of care staff.
• Participate in coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
