Epic Healthcare in Ambler, PA is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

The ADON will help manage nursing staff, coordinate regulatory compliance, monitor care plans, and lead staff development, audits, and inspections to maintain high morale and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused.
