Meadowbrook Care Center in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced ADON to join its leadership team as a full-time dayshift RN. The ADON will oversee day-to-day nursing activities on a skilled nursing unit, mentor staff, and coordinate care to ensure the highest standard of resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities include admitting, transferring and discharging residents, participating in on-call rotation, reviewing care plans, supervising medication administration, preparing reports, and ensuring

Competenze

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (RN or LPN).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, and vent unit experience.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to make independent clinical and administrative decisions
• Patient, professional, and tactful in interactions with staff, residents, families, and external partners
• Familiarity with PointClickCare electronic medical records is a plus
