We our seeking an experienced Registered Nurse ADON to join our leadership team. This is a full-time DAYSHIFT opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering the highest standard of resident care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities for a skilled nursing unit
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents in compliance with facility policies
• Coordinate nursing services with other departments to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in on‑call rotation with three other nurse managers
• Conduct resident rounds, review care plans, and provide direct nursing care as needed
• Assist with physician rounds and communicate resident needs and updates
• Monitor stock levels of medications, supplies, and equipment
• Prepare and maintain accurate medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charts
• Investigate and complete accident/incident reports as required
• Ensure nursing personnel follow established procedures and policies
• Welcome and orient new residents and their families to the facility

Qualifications:

• Current, active, and unencumbered RN license in Ohio
• Minimum 2 year of experience in long-term care and skilled nursing
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care
