$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

You’ll do great as our Assistant Director of Nursing due to your:

• In-depth knowledge of hospital procedures and KPI/KQIs of patient care
• Great knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare
• Excellent ability to lead and develop personnel
• Great communication and people skills
• Supervising experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)

ADON-Essential Functions:

• Primary Responsibility For Supervising Areas Of Nursing Services Including:
• Staff performance.
• Quality assurance activities.
• Timeliness of MDS data entry and submission.
• Nursing staffing practices and payroll preparation.
• Resident accident/incident reporting and resident abuse investigations.

In the absence of the Director of Nursing Services, the Assistant Director of Nursing Services manages Nursing Services.
